Suess-like poems about biology...

One day is Seuss-ville
a long, long time ago
all the little children
were playing outside in the snow

They began to notice
that the snow was discolored
It was quite weird. Its because of the new factory
and the snow would never be white again they feared.

All the children began to cough
due to the pollution in the air
because of the factory's new manager
who didn't seem to care

that when I first learned them I fell.
Mitochondria, chloroplasts
we tried to learn their names so fast.
Nucleus is the center spot
and it runs the whole darn lot.
